Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The product is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
The return request is made after the eligible return period.
The item was purchased during a final clearance or marked as non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support with your order number.
Share photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review your request.
If approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
